1. Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing or procuring services from HighProxies.com (“HighProxies”, “the Company”, “We”), the Client (“User”, “You”) agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement governing your use of our high-performance proxy and VPN infrastructure.

2. Infrastructure Services

HighProxies provides dedicated HTTP/S proxies, SOCKS5 solutions, and secure VPN services. While we maintain optimized network integrity and hardware-level stability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted compatibility with specific third-party platforms or external website policies.

3. Compliance & Eligibility

Services are strictly limited to individuals or entities capable of entering legally binding contracts. Users must be at least 18 years of age. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities occurring under your administrative dashboard.

4. Provisioning & Asset Management

Services are provisioned upon successful payment verification. Clients may manage their technical assets via our centralized billing portals:

5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

HighProxies enforces a zero-tolerance policy regarding network abuse. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Unsolicited marketing, spam operations, or bulk mail relay.
  • Unauthorized network intrusion, DDoS attacks, or port scanning.
  • Identity theft, financial fraud, or credential harvesting.
  • Abusive automation, disruptive botting, or social media account farming.
  • Any activity that compromises the integrity of our global data center nodes.
Policy Enforcement: Violations of the AUP result in immediate service termination without notice or eligibility for refund.

6. Service Level Standards

We maintain a 99.9% monthly uptime commitment. Technical performance and credit eligibility for downtime are governed by our official Service Level Agreement (SLA).

7. Financial Terms & Refunds

  • Billing: All services are prepaid and subject to automated renewal.
  • Proxy Refund Policy: Initial orders may qualify for a 3-day technical review period. Refunds are issued only if technical impediments cannot be resolved by our engineers. (Excludes social media-related usage).
  • Finality of Sale: VPN services and all payments made via Cryptocurrency are strictly non-refundable.
  • Renewal Policy: Manual or automated renewals are considered final and non-refundable.

8. Fair Usage & Network Integrity

To preserve network performance for all B2B clients, HighProxies may implement thresholds on concurrent threads, bandwidth, and total connections. Persistent excessive utilization that threatens network stability may result in service restrictions.

9. Limitation of Liability

HighProxies provides infrastructure on an “as-is” basis. We shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including data disruption or revenue loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid during the single billing cycle immediately preceding the claim.

10. Licensing & Resale

Services are provided under a single-user license. Unauthorized sharing, sub-licensing, or reselling of HighProxies assets is strictly prohibited without an executed Reseller Agreement.
