This policy explains when proxy or VPN purchases may qualify for a refund, which payments are non-refundable, and how refund requests must be submitted.
First proxy purchase
A first-time proxy purchase may qualify for a refund within three days when the stated eligibility conditions are met.
VPN purchases
VPN purchases are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Cryptocurrency payments
Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable because blockchain transactions are irreversible.

HighProxies.com is committed to providing reliable proxy and VPN services. Because digital services are provisioned and made available immediately, refunds are limited to the specific circumstances described in this policy.
2. Proxy refund policy
Three-day refund guarantee: first-time proxy purchases may qualify for a refund when both eligibility conditions below are met.
Eligibility conditions
- You experience a technical issue that the HighProxies support team is unable to resolve.
- The proxies have not been used to create social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram or TikTok accounts.
Refunds are not available for:
- Renewals or repeat purchases.
- Orders where proxies were used on social media platforms.
- Ordering mistakes or a change of mind.
- IP authorization, connection or access errors caused by incorrect configuration.
3. VPN refund policy
All VPN purchases are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
4. Cryptocurrency refund policy
Payments made using cryptocurrency are non-refundable under all circumstances because blockchain transactions are irreversible.
5. Auto-renewals
Services may renew automatically according to the subscription or payment agreement selected at checkout. Customers are responsible for managing and cancelling their subscriptions through the client area or payment provider.
Important: refunds will not be issued when a subscription was not cancelled before the renewal was processed.
6. Abuse or Terms of Service violations
If an account or service is suspended or terminated for violating the HighProxies Terms of Service, no refund will be issued.
7. How to request a refund
All refund requests must be submitted through the HighProxies client-area ticket system. Requests sent by email or through social media will not be reviewed as refund requests.
Your ticket must include:
- The relevant order number.
- Your client ID.
- A detailed explanation of the technical issue.
The support team will attempt to resolve the issue before a refund is considered. Refund approval remains subject to the eligibility conditions in this policy and review by HighProxies.com.
Submit your refund request
Log in to the client area and open a support ticket with the required order and issue details.
8. Refund processing
Approved refunds are generally processed within seven business days to the original payment method. Cryptocurrency payments remain non-refundable.
9. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting HighProxies support may result in immediate suspension or termination of the related account and services. No refund will be issued for services terminated because of a payment dispute.
