At HighProxies.com, we are committed to providing high-quality proxies and VPN services. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are limited to specific cases as outlined below.

2. Proxy Refund Policy

We offer a 3-day refund guarantee for first-time proxy purchases, only if:

  • You experience a technical issue that our support team cannot resolve, and

  • You have not used the proxies for creating social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

Refunds are not available for:

  • Renewals or repeat purchases

  • Orders where proxies were used on social media platforms

  • Order mistakes or change of mind

  • IP whitelisting or connection errors caused by misconfiguration

3. VPN Refund Policy

All VPN purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law.

4. Cryptocurrency Refund Policy

Payments made via cryptocurrency are non-refundable under all circumstances due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions.

5. Auto-Renewals

All services are set to renew automatically. You are responsible for managing your subscription via the client area.
Refunds will not be issued for failure to cancel a subscription on time.

6. Abuse or Terms Violation

If your account is suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service, no refunds will be issued.

7. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted by opening a support ticket at:

Your ticket must include:

  • Order Number

  • Client ID

  • Detailed explanation of the issue

📌 Refund requests sent via email or social media will be ignored.

Our team will attempt to resolve any issues before approving a refund. Refund approvals are at the sole discretion of HighProxies.com.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method, excluding cryptocurrency payments which are non-refundable.

9. Chargebacks

Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate account termination without refund and permanent blacklisting from future services.
